Regime AI is an information and research tool. It analyzes publicly available sports data and betting odds and returns written analysis to help you understand a game. It is not betting advice, financial advice, or a recommendation to place any wager. We do not sell picks, do not guarantee results, and are not a sportsbook. Any decision you make after reading a Regime AI briefing is your own.

• Answers are AI-generated and may be incomplete, out of date, or wrong.
• Odds, lines, injury news, and statistics change constantly and may be delayed or inaccurate by the time you read them.
• Always confirm current numbers with your own primary sources before acting on anything. We make no warranty that any figure, projection, or analysis is accurate, complete, or fit for any purpose.

Your research answers are generated by a third-party AI provider (DeepSeek), not by us directly. Before your first research question, the app shows an in-app consent screen naming the provider and what is shared; using the research features requires that consent, and you can withdraw it anytime in Settings. AI output can be wrong, incomplete, or out of date — always verify it against primary sources before you rely on it. Regime AI is for research and education only; it is not betting advice or financial advice. See our Privacy Policy for exactly what data is shared with the AI provider and how it is handled.

Regime AI is for adults 18 years of age or older. By using the app you represent that you are at least 18. You are responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you, including any laws about sports betting in your jurisdiction. We do not facilitate wagering and take no responsibility for how you use information from the app.

You are responsible for your login credentials and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information at sign-up. You may sign out or delete your account from within the app at any time; deleting your account removes your account data as described in our Privacy Policy.

Regime AI is for personal, individual use. You may hold one account per person, and the free trial is limited to one per person and per device. To prevent trial and rate-limit abuse, we may use device signals (such as an identifier stored on your device) to detect and limit duplicate accounts or trials. Creating additional accounts or trials to obtain extra free usage is not permitted and may result in suspension.

You agree not to:

• use the app to break any law, or to facilitate illegal gambling where you are;
• scrape, resell, or redistribute the app's answers or data as your own product or service;
• attempt to reverse-engineer, overload, disrupt, or gain unauthorized access to the app or its backend;
• create more than one account, or create additional accounts or trials — by any means, manual or automated — to circumvent rate limits, query limits, or the free-trial allowance;
• submit content that is unlawful, or that infringes someone else's rights;
• misrepresent Regime AI's output as guaranteed, verified, or as professional betting or investment advice.

We may suspend or terminate access that violates these Terms.

Regime AI is free to start — your first 10 research questions (across 3 days) are free, with no purchase required. To continue, you may buy an optional auto-renewing monthly subscription: Regime Pro (150 research briefings a month) or Regime Max (350 a month). Current prices are shown in the app and at the point of purchase.

Paid plans are billed through Apple's In-App Purchase. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Auto-renewing subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends. Manage or cancel anytime in your device's Apple ID subscription settings. Except where required by law or by Apple's policies, payments are non-refundable.

The app, its design, and its underlying research system are ours or our licensors'. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the app for your own non-commercial research. You keep ownership of the questions you write; you grant us the limited licence needed to process them and return your answers.

THE APP AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any analysis will be correct or profitable.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, or for any lost money, lost bets, lost profits, or lost data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — the app or its content, even if advised of the possibility. To the extent liability cannot be excluded, our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the claim, or US $50. Some jurisdictions don't allow certain limitations, so parts of this may not apply to you.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims and costs arising out of your misuse of the app or your violation of these Terms or of any law.

We may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the app, and we may update these Terms. If we make a material change, we'll update the effective date and, where appropriate, notify you in the app. Continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction located there for any dispute not otherwise subject to binding arbitration (if added later).
